I see an error when trying to pay or upgrade. How can I fix it?

Please try the following steps:
- Check your card details – card number, expiry date, CVC, cardholder name, and billing address.
- Check your balance and limits – make sure you have enough funds and that online / international payments are allowed.
- Check your bank’s security controls – some banks block new subscriptions or cross-border payments by default. You may need to approve the transaction in your banking app or via SMS.
- If possible, try another card or payment method and see if it works.
If the payment still fails:
- Please take a screenshot of the error message.
- Then contact Linkfans support with your registered email, approximate payment time, and the screenshot.
- We’ll help you verify the payment status.
