I see an error when trying to pay or upgrade. How can I fix it?

Please try the following steps:

  1. Check your card details – card number, expiry date, CVC, cardholder name, and billing address.
  2. Check your balance and limits – make sure you have enough funds and that online / international payments are allowed.
  3. Check your bank’s security controls – some banks block new subscriptions or cross-border payments by default. You may need to approve the transaction in your banking app or via SMS.
  4. If possible, try another card or payment method and see if it works.

If the payment still fails:

  • Please take a screenshot of the error message.
  • Then contact Linkfans support with your registered email, approximate payment time, and the screenshot.
  • We’ll help you verify the payment status.
